Finally

I created this blog about 8 years ago. I didn't update it till today.

I received an email around 2 months ago reminding me of my blog site.

So today I decided to start it off. So as I have been ill recently and totally bored being ill I thought I would give you a brief.

I watched Cass great film worth a 5/5, extras are good also.

Essex boys again, good film 4/5.

Green Street 2, great film 5/5.

They seem like violent films, they are, I find pleasure in the irony.

I am returning to the gym on Monday, been off ill for 5 weeks, I am sure I picked up yet another infection from people that do not sterilise their hands and use towels for the seats they site on.

There are squirt sprays on the walls, 90% don't use them.

They contain white sterile spray.
