Tire-some-Thursday's

Been at the gym for most of the time since I last posted.

Been working mainly this week on above waist.

I finally found out what I had done to my arm.

I ripped my posterior and anterior deltoid.

Just like ripping an A4 sheet of paper in half.

I have 16 days to get fit enough to play 5th Xl cricket.

I am a 1st Xl player when fit upstairs and down stairs.

This will be a stepping stone to better things I hope.
